Ghabchae is very popular food in Korea. So it is always set on the Korean table. Anyone who ever tastes the Ghabchae is likely to get again. If you want to cook it yourself, you should prepare colorful and various materials as follows. First, get vegetables such as carrot, green pepper, mushroom, onions, and spinach. And then fry carrot, green pepper, onions with oil. after boil slightly mushroom and onions in hot water, press water from them. And fry mushroom and onions with oil.
Next, put the Chinese noodles in boiling water for five minutes. Washing out the Chinese noodles by cold water. Seperate two eggs into the white and the yellow.
Then, after fry it separately, chop it in size of 0.5cm. Finally, season all materials previously mentioned with sesami oil, soy sauce, slight sugar.
If you decorate it well with nice container, you can get more effect.
